Most Netbase projects are delivered on fixed-price contracts: discovery sets the scope, then the price and milestones are agreed. Netbase also offers fully managed delivery, on-demand support and dedicated teams, with milestone-based, monthly team retainer and KPI-linked terms. Every model runs with AI-assisted engineering and people accountable for the result.

Netbase JSC holds ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type II attestation. On every project it runs secure code review, TLS in transit and AES at rest, role-based access control, MFA on admin dashboards, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing and disaster recovery, and it follows GDPR, HIPAA-aligned and CCPA practices where your product needs them. AI work runs under the same rules, with approved tools and human review.

Netbase keeps the software it delivers healthy after launch. A team that supports you Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off, handles maintenance, monitoring, fixes and change requests, with AI-assisted alert and log triage, under the same named account manager and project manager who ran the build.
