Talent & Delivery is a secondary route at Netbase. We lead with consulting, solutions, custom development and digital transformation, and most projects run on fixed-price contracts; this family is for the times you need capacity rather than a defined outcome.
What Talent & Delivery covers
Extra developers are easy to find; accountable delivery is not. This family provides capacity with a process, a governance rhythm and people whose job is to make it work.
It includes dedicated teams that work only on your product, an offshore development center that grows into a long-term delivery unit, and staff augmentation that adds specific skills to your own team. It does not include recruitment for your payroll, or anonymous freelancers without delivery management. If you would rather hand over a defined project than manage a team, which is how most Netbase clients work, our other service families cover consulting, custom development and digital transformation, usually at a fixed price.

Engagement and commercial models
- Dedicated development team
- The roadmap is long and priorities change often
- Project-based development
- Scope and acceptance criteria are defined
- On-demand support
- A live product needs fixes and small improvements
- Fully managed delivery
- You want Netbase to own the outcome end to end
Most Netbase projects run on a fixed-price contract agreed after discovery. Team engagements usually run on a monthly team retainer, with milestone-based or KPI-linked terms where they fit. Onsite work is available on request at extra cost. We do not publish rate cards; a solution review turns your needs into a proposal.
Team shape and speed
Teams range from 3 to 30 people, combining business analysts, project managers, solution architects, developers, QA and UI/UX. Work typically starts within one to two weeks after discovery. Teams work remote-first from Netbase's only office, in Hanoi (UTC+7), for clients in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific, in English, Monday to Saturday.
When a team model fits
A dedicated team or offshore center fits when you need capacity for an open-ended roadmap rather than a defined outcome.
Typical signs:
- the roadmap runs for many months and priorities shift as you learn;
- you want the same people on the product, building context over time;
- you can give the team a product owner and regular feedback.
Another route fits better when the scope can be defined in discovery: a fixed-price project, Netbase's default, will cost you less management time. If you only need a short spike of one skill, staff augmentation is lighter; if no one leads technology, start with a fractional CTO or CIO.
Governance you can see
Every team runs on the same rhythm: weekly reviews, KPI dashboards, a dedicated account manager and project manager, and communication over Slack, Zoom and client dashboards. You see progress as it happens, not at the end of a quarter.
Technologies we build with
Proof: teams behind measurable results
4over4 (United States). A US online printer needed more orders from its existing traffic. A Netbase team reworked checkout, search and navigation and automated file handling. 4over4 reported revenue up 82% within six months and conversion up 48%. Read the 4over4 case.
Geo-Tek IT Solutions (Cyprus). A printing and design-services company needed a platform that fitted its existing systems, plus training and ongoing support after launch. Revenue grew 36% in the first quarter after launch and engagement rose 35%. Read the Geo-Tek case.
More results are in our work.
How we engage
-
Discovery
We agree goals, skills, time-zone overlap and the KPIs the team will report against.
-
Team assembly
We propose the team shape, introduce the people and set up tools, access and dashboards.
-
Delivery
Sprints start, with weekly reviews and the account manager and project manager accountable for results.
-
Scale and transfer
The team grows, shrinks or changes skills with your roadmap, with knowledge documented as it goes.
AI in this family
Netbase teams work AI-augmented: assistants help with code review, test generation, documentation and log triage, under rules you approve on which tools may see your code, and an engineer answers for every merged change. Teams can also build AI into your product, from search and assistants to document capture. Where AI runs in delivered work, and where it is a growth capability:

Where our teams work
Teams serve retail and e-commerce businesses and product companies. A new SaaS product can start from our SaaS product accelerator, and teams build on our backend platforms.
Retail and ecommerce: AI-enabled storefronts, marketplaces and order operations
Netbase helps retailers and online merchants modernize storefronts, marketplaces and order operations, and adds AI where it pays: search, recommendations, catalog enrichment and order exceptions, with your team approving what shoppers see. Results are published: Geo-Tek IT Solutions grew revenue 36% in the first quarter after its new ecommerce platform launched, and an EU fashion marketplace grew GMV 47%.
