What the work is like
Netbase has built software since 2012, and the work comes from two directions.

Client engineering
Platforms for companies whose workflow no off-the-shelf tool fits, delivered through our custom software development service: commerce systems, portals, back-office tools and integrations.

Product work
Netbase also runs its own Business Divisions, such as Printcart, the web-to-print platform in our Printcart portfolio record. Product work shows you what happens after launch: real users, releases, support and the trade-offs that come with them.
New products often start on the SaaS product accelerator, so you learn when to reuse a proven module and when to write something new.

How teams work
You join a team of 3 to 30 people that mixes business analysts, project managers, solution architects, developers, QA engineers and UI/UX designers, formed around each engagement. Client communication is in English, so working English is part of every role. Progress is shown to the client at a weekly review, so you see your work land with the people who use it.
Working with AI
AI is part of the job. Teams use approved AI-assisted tools to draft user stories and test cases, review code and triage logs, and you stay accountable for every change you merge. Client work includes AI features too, such as the recommendation engine Netbase built for 4over4, knowledge assistants that answer from company documents, and document AI, so you learn to ship AI with evaluation, data rules and human approval in place. Work runs in Agile increments with security practices from the first commit.
Where you work
Netbase is based at its head office, 91 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi, Vietnam, the company's only office. Clients abroad work with the Hanoi team directly, so international projects do not mean relocating.
