Client consulting and engineering
Netbase consults on, designs, builds and modernizes business-critical platforms for companies whose workflow no off-the-shelf tool fits, most often for a fixed price agreed after discovery. That work runs through our custom software development service and through focused offers such as the web-to-print platform solution for print businesses.

Netbase also builds and runs five software products as its Business Divisions. Running products in production, with real merchants, releases, support tickets and uptime to answer for, is the fastest way to learn what breaks after launch. That knowledge flows straight back into client projects.

What delivery record exists, and what does not
Our work section publishes case studies with the client context, the Netbase role and the results. The 4over4 e-commerce conversion case study is a good place to start: it follows an e-commerce engagement from problem to measured outcome. The deepest record is commerce and web-to-print, with 50+ custom web-to-print platforms delivered. Netbase publishes no case study delivered in Japanese, Korean, German or Chinese, and none run from an office outside Vietnam.

Netbase serves clients in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific, with case clients in the USA, Australia, Portugal and Cyprus. All of that work is delivered from the head office in Hanoi, where careers lists open roles. We claim no offices, subsidiaries or local teams in those markets.
