Company leadership
David founded Netbase JSC in 2012 and leads it as Chairman and CEO. He took the company from its first e-commerce products and solutions, through e-commerce projects from 2013 to 2015, into consulting and outsourcing services in 2016. He sets the company's direction and is the evidence owner for the facts Netbase publishes: when this site states a figure, a founding year or a credential, David is the person accountable for it. Clients without that leadership on their own side can engage a fractional CTO or CIO.

These three roles lead a delivery team of 3 to 30 people that combines business analysts, developers, QA engineers and UI/UX designers, sized to the job. When a project uses AI, the solution architect owns the model and data design, and every AI-assisted change still has a named engineer who approves it.
How accountability stays visible
Named roles only help if you can see them working. Every engagement runs on weekly reviews with you, KPI dashboards that track the measures agreed at the start, and day-to-day channels over Slack or Zoom with client dashboards for status. Decisions and risks surface in the review, not at the deadline.
Accountability starts before the build. In our digital transformation consulting, the account manager and a solution architect work with your leadership to turn goals into a roadmap. On the SaaS product accelerator, the architect decides where proven modules fit and where custom code earns its place.
