Why this record is anonymous
The recommendation engine delivered for 4over4 remains the only AI work Netbase publishes under a client's name. Netbase has also delivered AI projects for clients that are not named, including document AI, RAG knowledge assistants and MLOps pipelines. At David (CEO)'s direction, each of these is recorded anonymously: the kind of AI system and the Netbase role, nothing that could identify the organization or the documents it handles.
Documents are where that restraint matters most. They carry names, addresses, amounts and terms, so no sample, field or screenshot belongs on a public page.
What a document AI platform usually covers
A document AI platform takes in files such as scans, PDFs and photos, classifies each document, reads the text and layout, extracts the fields a business system needs, and checks them against rules before the data moves on. Low-confidence results go to a person for review, and the corrections become test data for the next model version. The platform keeps a log of what was read, what was changed and who approved it.
