Planning a program your internal teams cannot staff alone? Design an enterprise delivery model with us.
This is for you if, and when another route fits
Global enterprises, on this page, are organizations with their own engineering function, formal procurement and security review, and several business units or regions that share platforms.
This is for you if…
- Your internal backlog is larger than your teams can deliver
- A program must connect ERP, CRM, commerce and data systems that already run
- Vendor onboarding needs NDAs, DPAs and a clear security story
- You want named owners and weekly evidence of progress
Another route fits if…
- One team modernizing one business is enough (the mid-market route)
- You are launching a first product from scratch (the startups and scale-ups route)
- You need a supplier with a local office or legal entity in your country
- You are a public-sector body with formal procurement rules; that route is not open yet

Buying triggers and constraints
Enterprise conversations start from a program, not a feature:
A modernization deadline arrives without the people to meet it.
A business unit needs a platform that has to plug into central systems.
Consolidation leaves an engineering gap.
Knowledge sits with a contractor whose contract is ending.
Leadership wants AI in core workflows; security asks how it is governed.
The constraints are institutional:
-
Procurement and security review
Security practices documented; NDAs, DPAs and SLAs on request
-
Existing architecture standards
The team onboards into your tools, repositories and rituals
-
Several stakeholders and time zones
Weekly reviews, KPI dashboards and one accountable account manager
-
Long programs
Enterprise builds typically run 6–12 months or more, planned in phases
Recommended paths by job
Dedicated development teams
A cross-functional team that works only on your roadmap
Dedicated development teamsSystems and API integration
API and webhook integrations with monitoring and reconciliation
Systems and API integrationFractional CTO or CIO
An interim technology or transformation leader for 3 to 12 months
Fractional CTO or CIOGoverned AI across an enterprise program
We design AI features model-agnostic, behind your own API layer, so a provider can change without a rebuild; security by design means role-based access, logged model calls and human approval before AI acts on core systems. Our own AI governance is on security and compliance. Each item states its maturity for procurement.

Most Netbase projects are delivered on fixed-price contracts agreed after discovery. Teams of 3 to 30, including engineers with AI skills where the roadmap needs them, work remote-first in English. Governance is visible by design: weekly reviews, KPI dashboards, a dedicated account manager and project manager. Onsite work is available on request at extra cost. The trade-offs of each model are on engagement models.
Risk controls
-
Security
Secure code review, encryption, role-based access, admin MFA and penetration testing; contributors under NDA
-
IP
You own the IP created for you in custom development; Netbase productized modules and Business Division products are licensed, not transferred
-
Communication
Named owners, weekly reviews and dashboards your stakeholders can open
-
Continuity and handover
A documented knowledge base and planned handovers when people change

Netbase does not yet publish an enterprise-scale case study. These two records show the integration and delivery discipline a program depends on.
4over4. For an online printer, Netbase reworked the buying journey and automated artwork file handling. 4over4 reported revenue up 82% within six months and production time down 40%. Read the 4over4 case.
Geo-Tek IT Solutions, Cyprus. Netbase delivered a responsive ecommerce platform integrated with the company's existing systems; order processing time fell 30% and revenue rose 36% in the first quarter after launch. Read the Geo-Tek case.

Commercial or open-source models, chosen per project and approved by your security team; data stays under the NDA and DPA.
Usually a fixed price agreed after discovery; monthly team retainer, milestone-based or KPI-linked terms when the engagement model calls for them. We do not publish rate cards.

Services and solutions for this client type
API integration services that keep your systems in agreement and ready for AI
Netbase provides API integration services for commerce and operations teams to connect e-commerce, ERP, CRM, shipping and payment systems so data moves once and stays correct, and AI services can act on it. We build integrations on APIs and webhooks with retries, monitoring and reconciliation, so a failed call becomes a logged, recoverable event instead of a missing order.

An AI-augmented dedicated development team in Vietnam that answers for results
Netbase provides dedicated development teams from Vietnam for product companies and enterprises to add engineering capacity without losing control. Teams of 3 to 30 people work only on your product, use AI-assisted engineering under review, report to a named account manager and project manager, typically start within one to two weeks after discovery, and the IP they create is yours.

Enterprise integration hub ready for AI agents: one monitored layer for commerce, ERP and CRM data
An enterprise integration hub is a central layer that moves orders, customers, stock and invoices between your commerce, ERP and CRM systems, with monitoring, retries and replay in one place, and scoped APIs that AI agents can call safely. Netbase builds it as a custom layer on the stack you already run, starting from the flows that break most often.
