Integrations fail in predictable ways: an API times out, a vendor renames a field, the same webhook arrives twice. Good integration work plans for all three. Every flow we build has a defined source of truth, idempotent processing so a repeated event cannot create a second order, and an exception report that tells your team exactly which record needs attention. Delivery process, team and governance

Integration projects follow our six-step delivery lifecycle, from discovery and strategic alignment to ongoing support and co-building. In practice:

  1. Map the landscape

    We document every system, owner and flow, and where data breaks today.

  2. Design the flows

    Source of truth, direction, timing and error rules are agreed per record type.

  3. Build and test

    Connectors are built in milestones and tested against real data volumes before go-live.

  4. Cut over and run

    Flows go live in stages, with monitoring from day one and support afterwards.

Governance stays visible: weekly reviews, KPI dashboards, a dedicated account manager and project manager, and communication over Slack, Zoom and client dashboards. Geo-Tek IT Solutions (Cyprus). A printing and design-services company needed an online design platform that worked on every device and fitted its existing systems.
