The job Poslor does
Real estate agencies run on scattered tools: listings in spreadsheets, presales inventory in chat groups, leads in a CRM nobody updates and commissions in shared drives. No deal can be traced from the first listing to the final payout. Poslor puts the chain in one place, so every listing an agency touches can be followed to a lead, a deal and a commission.

Bilingual delivery and data boundaries
Poslor launched with English and Vietnamese on every public surface, so a project page can serve a local buyer and an international one without a second site. Public facts, such as projects, listings and realtor profiles, are reviewed before they go live, which is why the public count is 627 live, reviewed project records. Private workspace data, including CRM records, leads, contacts, commissions and wallet data, never becomes public. That split between public and private data is designed into the product, not bolted on.
Integrations and engineering
Poslor reaches beyond its own site through WordPress, Wix and widget integrations, plus a public API for partner tools. An agency can show Poslor listings on the website it already has, and partners can build on the same data.
Under the hood this is multi-party web application development: many roles, approvals, commissions and an audit trail on shared records. It is delivered as a cloud workspace the way Netbase approaches SaaS development, and its services run on the backend platforms we use across our products.
Poslor is a growth product in a live pilot, and this record describes what exists today, not results.
What the record shows
Outcomes here are qualitative, because no revenue, deal-volume or lead figure is published for this record:
- A live real estate operating system that Netbase designs, ships and runs, with 627 reviewed public project records.
- Workflow design for multi-party transactions: listings, deals, commissions and payouts on one chain.
- Bilingual, integration-ready public pages built for partners, search engines and AI assistants.
