Delivery process, team, quality and security

Onboarding runs in four steps:

  1. Assess

    We review the environment: accounts, services, access and backups.

  2. Stabilize

    The urgent gaps are fixed first.

  3. Operate

    The platform runs on the agreed rhythm.

  4. Improve

    The rhythm and the environment get better quarter by quarter.

Governance follows the Netbase standard: weekly reviews, KPI dashboards, a dedicated account manager and project manager, and communication over Slack, Zoom and client dashboards. Operations run remote-first from Hanoi in English, with every change logged in a ticket you can see.

Security is built into the routine. Netbase applies secure code review and version control, TLS in transit and AES at rest, role-based access control, MFA for admin dashboards, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing, and disaster recovery planning. NDAs, DPAs and SLAs are available on request, and contributors work under NDA. We describe these as practices; we make no claim about control effectiveness beyond them.

How AI sharpens day-to-day operations

A live platform produces more signals than a person can read. AI helps the team read them; it never restarts a server, changes access or applies a patch on its own.

    Related alerts merged into one incident with the likely cause, so the on-duty engineer starts in the right place.

  • Log and error summaries

    Spikes in errors or slow requests explained in plain language in the weekly review.

  • Anomaly detection

  • Cost anomaly and rightsizing hints

    Idle or oversized resources surfaced for the monthly cost review.

  • Draft incident reports

    Timelines and follow-up actions drafted for the engineer to complete.

If your platform runs AI features: we monitor model API errors, latency and spend like any other dependency, and alert when usage or cost leaves its agreed range.

Engagement models and commercial variables

Most Netbase projects are delivered on fixed-price contracts agreed after discovery. Operating a live environment is ongoing work, so managed cloud is usually a monthly engagement: on-demand support for a small, stable environment, or fully managed delivery when Netbase runs the platform end to end on a monthly retainer. Commercial terms can also be milestone-based for the onboarding phase. We do not publish rate cards.

What moves effort and cost: the number of environments and services, how often you release, data volume and retention, compliance obligations and how much change you expect each month. A solution review turns your environment into a proposal with a clear scope.

Technology as an implementation choice

Netbase works on AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean and Cloudflare. We name them as providers we use; no certification or partner tier is claimed. The provider stays your choice, and we recommend that cloud accounts remain in your name with Netbase given role-based access, so you keep control if the engagement ends.
